Because every ABSNCE piece is custom-made or uniquely crafted, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed. This includes custom sneakers, & specialty designs.

*Changes can only be made before production begins.

Once materials are prepped, painted, stitched, or custom work has started, the order cannot be canceled or altered.
